This Saturday and Sunday is the clubs annual regatta. If you haven't already done it, please enter online for the annual regatta. Every entry we receive online reduces the work on our tower crew and it is greatly appreciated. We have extended the online entry until 9PM this evening (Thursday). At this stage we have over 60 entries for the regatta.

On Tuesday we had our committee meeting, and we have some updates about some of the improvements around the club. The tiler is expected to tile the changeroom floors at the end of the month. There are still a number of items to be done in the changeroom before the tiling commences. Don McKenzie is looking for keen volunteers who are able to help paint the ceiling of the Men's changeroom during the week next week. If you are able to help let Don know on Saturday.

The committee also approved the installation of two infra-red heaters in the ladies change rooms, and sensors with spot lights in the racking isles to improve security at night. At the same time we will also upgrade the club's fuse box to include safety switches. 

Another item of business is we are looking to get some quotes to ensure the competitiveness of our cleaners.
