On Friday night the Albert Sailing Club was awarded as the Yachting Victoria Yacht Club of the Year. This is a huge honour for the club and is a acknowledgment of all the hard work put in by ASC members.

Over Saturday and Sunday we had our annual regatta. We had over 130 competitors race in the event, making for a very crowded Albert Park Lake, and a very busy duty, tower and galley crews. Thanks to Geoffery Searl for his work in running a rules session on Saturday night and handling the protests that came in on Sunday afternoon. 

We have results for the Junior Classes (Optimisits, Minnows, Sabots) and the Senior Classes. We will have the photos taken by Lisa Hartnett up in the next couple of days.
