New Members
New members are always welcome to the Albert Sailing Club.
If you are interested in joining and become a Member, a list of current membership fees by category, and the fees for boat racking is provided on the Membership Fees and Credit Card Payment information sheet.
New members pay a once only Joining Fee plus an Annual Membership Fee, with the Joining Fee waived for previous ASC club members. Boat racks for new members, if required, are either middle, top, or junior Opti/Minnow racks, and are subject to availability.
To make an application for Membership you can print out and complete the following PDF file You will need adobe acrobat to view this file. Payment can be made by Credit Card, Cheque or Cash. The Credit Card Payment section of the Membership Fees and Credit Card Payment sheet should be used for payment of fees by credit card. 'Cheques should be made out to Albert Sailing Club."
Completed application forms and payments can be forwarded by mail to the club Secretary or handed in upstairs in our clubrooms at the Galley or Tower/Race Management room on a saturday between 10am and 4pm on a saturday when the club is sailing. Completed applications are discussed and approved at the next club General Committee meeting. Club memters need to Nominate and Second applications - this can be organised either before an application form is submitted or at the committee meeting where the application is received.
Winter Members
Winter memberships for the May to September winter sailing season are available for members of other sailing clubs. The Albert Sailing Club Winter Membership Form should be used to apply for Winter Membership. The form provides details of the applicable fees. Completed forms and payments can be submitted as per the options for full member applications.
